I unfortunately had many hearings with this judge. He never displayed any commitment to the welfare of the individual impacted by his dicision. He did not display any intelligence, energy, or reasoning. He let attorneys dictate the course of the hearings many of which centered around non-pertinent information/issues. He sat there and let the proceedings turn into a circus. The best performance of the day was the winner.
Pathetic excuse for a judge. FYI - the result of the court hearings did not impact me therefore I have no axe to grind but non the less no one should be subjected to such incompetence. It was clear that all decisions were based on which side had the most attorneys representing them. He was intimidated because he is not too bright.
