I keep seeing her name, with a Huge number by her name on the home page, but I do not see anything posted about her.

      Will someone please post some details about her, so that we can also Focus light on her misconduct too!

     Hey maybe we can get Judge Adele Grubbs together with RENO Judge Chuck Weller, who was given the "Worst grading/rating" by the Washoe Bar association in RENO!   Then all of the people with the power to GET HIM OFF THE BANCH--Took a nap!--took lunch!--had two totties too many! Who the heck knows!

     I'm not saying that she's Not the worst Judge! I'm just saying that she has some "STIFF COMPETITION" and I do mean STIFF!

Go to Judge Nancy Becker, Chuck Weller and you can read some more information about what they did.  The representative of the Policeman's Union does not dispute these facts, because, I have the letter written to Judge Mills Lane discussing the tampering of the evidence and how they were going to put this new police report onto a closed 1995.  Thereby, concealing the existance of the missing cigarette filters.  This is in my book.

Tonja Brown

        Tonja brown is absolutely telling the truth, and there is much more about the Open Abuses by these Officials in her book!   All of her accusations are TRUE, and Documented in her BOOK, and on parts of this Courthouse Forum!

           I only met Tonja Brown because of our "Close encounter of the Corrupt kind" through a common friend, who I also met "Only because she was able to help get the Alpine County Report" through an Attorney that she knew!     K.P. Knew Tonja first, then introduced us later.

        I was with Tonja the day she was {BEST UP BY THE BAILIFF } and I was the one who saw the Skin missing from the back of her left arm!   We were both called liars in Judge John Tatros Court!

       Ya, Judge Tatro "I'm the liar"!  I don't think that any of the people reading on this site believe you about us being liars!   Don't you just HATE Modern Technology??  The WEB is whoopen your Courthouse BUTT!   And there's nothing that any of you can do to stop the use of the internet!

       I think this site is a "Gift from GOD"!    And that's right everybody, I think Jasanna Berkow finally get's it !!    She aint GOD!

      Oh speaking of Corruption and Criminal Sheriffs, I saw my First Corrupt Sheriff Retired Rod Banister today still "Living in Carson City Nevada--Pinion Hills"!!

       He has NOT left Town like he told everyone he was going to do almost FOUR YEARS ago!

         I guess that Kick back on the Drug money is still continuing to PAY OFF so why Move?

    These people sure stick together!  As I drove by I saw him in his driveway with his wife!  Why doesn't he move, like he told everyone he was going to do?  All of the Carson City Sheriffs Deputies were told he was moving to Wyoming-- Utah-- Idaho--Montana-- to live on his DREAM RANCH!!

        If I knew that maybe I was even a "Small part" that played a role in him having to stay here, I'd be happy!   But While he's still here, maybe the FEDS will be able to Investigate him easier!!

   She was called a liar by the CArson City public officials everytime she opened her mouth about her father had done to her.  She was labled a troublemaker.   They said she was lying about her children being the product of rape by her father.  Then one day while she was babysitting some children, there was an allegation that she had molested these children.  So the state came in they took her children away from her.  The investigation into these allegations dragged out for years.  So, Ms. Morrison was convinced to sign her children away because they had been in foster care for so long that they do not remember her and since she claimed that she had been molested that it probably was true that she molested these children and would hurt her children too. 

   By the time all was said and done, Ms. Morrison was CLEARED of charges brought against her.  She lost her children and spent years trying to get them back.  In the meantime, she filed a federal lawsui against her father who had moved to Canada.  During the corse of the lawsuit, the father ADMITTED THAT HE DID IN FACT RAPE TAMMY MORRISON AND FATHERED HER TWO CHILDREN.  Ms. Morrison won the lawsuit for $500,000.00.  Unfortunately, she died prior to receiving one cent of the money they had agreed upon.

   This case was in the Nevada Appeal during the mid 90's.  What a victory it was for Ms. Morrison that the truth finally came out. and I See this now happening again to Ms. Brown.  Remember people, things are not always what they appear to be when one is dealing with the public officials of Carson City, NV.

       I wish I'd have known about that case as it was going on but in the early 90's I was just a new mom, and I was not as in to all of this legal stuff at that time.   Sadly I would be thrown into the legal system in 1997' at the same time I was having the beginning of my heart trouble. It was compouned by the Law Officials of Carson City, who have tried to kill me, by their unwillingness to have ethical behaviors, enough to investigate their own-- for covering the murder of the best friend I once had.

       And yes, Tonja Brown is finally begining to see some kind of Vindication for all of the years of hard work to PROVE her Brothers INNOCENCE!   And that is wonderful for her.  But do all of us have to "DIE" before the Crooked Jerks that made us go through H**L" to prove ourselves?

       We should never have to go through all of the stress!  It is these Officials committing all of these Courthouse Crimes against all of us!      Sadly I will probably die in my late 40's-I am already 48, and I feel like I have just walked out of a car wreck!    I do not smoke, and I do not do drugs, but sadly they are killing me with "Post Traumatic Stress" and that only makes them happy to know.

       However, If I can make enough noise before I die, maybe my sons and their families will never have to go through what I have, and what all of you have.

         Like I have said in the past.    Rosa Parks "Refused to stand up for an arrogant white man" I refuse to SIT down for these Officials who are worse criminals then most of the people they sentance every day!

Judge Grubbs has carried out criminal acts in a case against my husband and me, in addition to countless others.  Specifically, she allowed a case on behalf of a DISSOLVED CORPORATION, in violation of law.  She then allowed her favorite law firm to add additional Plaintiffs, which DID NOT EXIST.  So when my husband and I created the additional Plaintiffs, Judge Grubbs stated, if we asserted our rights she would have us jailed.

She has repeatedly dismissed filings and appeals, one already docketed, another before docketing.  She has been aided and abetted by Judges Pam South, George Kreeger, Arthur Fudger, Jon Bolling Wood, James Bodiford, Mary Staley, Shepherd Howell, Carey Nelson, David Smith, the GA Court of Appeals and the GA Supreme Court.

This woman who has repeatedly threatened law abiding citizens, jailed a woman for more than 17 months for NOT paying child support to her lawyer/broker ex husband, in an amount she had NEVER consistently made, though she had declared bankruptcy more than 8 months before Grubbs sentenced her.  The federal court obviously had jurisdiction, but her ex was married to Grubbs dear friend, former Judge Ross Adams widow, Robin.

Marla Ailion was ILLEGALLY held for 18 months, until her husband was forced to pay literal extortion, as Grubbs refused to obey the law!  Marla's husband who objected vehemently was also falsely charged and wrongly incarcerated as well, in order to keep anyone from helping her.  It's a NIGHTMARE!  (See www.AHRC.com).

But Grubbs protection comes from 2 places.  She is on the Board of Governors for the GA BAR and an honorary member of the Department of Justice, thanks to former Speaker Newt Gingrich and current Speaker Hastert, who looked the other way regarding the hypocrisy and sexual exploits of Foley.  She was referred to as an "untouchable" by 2 sources.

Thank you for the enlightening assessment of Mrs. Rice and your revealing information as to Mrs. Wright.  Since you seem intimate with this case, could you point me to the documents substantiating your claim that Mrs. Wright paid the $25,000.00. 

The reason I’m asking is that according to the information in this case available to me, the money was raised and paid by her husband, not Mrs. Wright.

Could you also point me to the documents in this case which substantiate that Mrs. Wright lived “the high life while hiding their income and refusing to support their children”? 

 The reason I’m asking is because a review of the highest and best evidence, the record of this case, does not reflect any evidence of “hidden” resources to which Mrs. Wright might have had access.  I’m certain Adele and Bruce would both welcome such evidence!  Especially Adele, since the record, as it now stands, indicates that Adele was in violation of Georgia ’s Contempt law for failing to provide Mrs. Wright with the “keys to the jail” for over 17 months, an act which may constitute a violation of Federal Criminal Statutes (for which there is a 5 year statute of limitations).

Also, I understand that there may be an IRS investigation as to the expenditures listed as “business expenses” for MBA submitted by Mr. Ailion concerning funeral expenses.  Could you please provide confirmation of this or deny that such an investigation is in progress?  Please confirm or deny that funeral expenses were submitted as "business expenses" to the IRS.  Could you also provide the terms of the proposed settlement between Mr. Ailion and ERA in the ERA v. MBA Properties suit?

Please list the stile of each document you reference and its date.  I trust that you understand that should you decline to answer this request your failure shall cast a disparaging light upon the veracity of your comments, thereby raising considerable question as to both your integrity and motives.
