I am the parent (mother) of the mother of the child we are trying to remove custody from. In other words, I am the maternal grandmother. I have seen deliberate attempts my daughter has made to violate her exhusbands rights to visitation with my grandson...and still my daughter was awarded custody AGAIN. I can understand with the first attempt, the mother receiving the child...but after I have entered the picture, and am on the side of the father (her ex) one would assume that when motion to reopen a case comes to a judge three months after the first case...that a red flag would go up and the judge would find interest in opening it due to evidence promised in the motion...ME being one of the most crucial! Still, the motion was denied by Judge Kathleen Kennedy and for no reason at all! THe entire process was a farce to begin with! Sending my grandson to evaluations and not proving that his mother was the best choice except by having the psychologist's biased behavior and mistreatment of my ex son in-law...regardless of his cooperation and lack of evidence that he ever mistreated my daughter, she was still awarded sole custody without proof! My daughter has emotional issues that cannot be rendered and is playing a mind game with my grandson as the pawn and yet Judge Kennedy feels its in my grandsons best interests to be with a unstable person. IF I BEING THE MOTHER OF THIS WOMAN SAY SHE ISNT FIT-THERE MUST BE A REASON...and there are many...and mosty due to fear for this wonderful little boy, who my husband and I practically raised due to her flitting around playing social butterfly rather than mommy...he considers our home his home he calls me mommy and his daddy is wonderful adn protective as a parent should be diligent in all this little guys needs, and pays his child support on time...YET JUDGE KATHLEEN G. KENNEDY denied our motion to reopen the case just recently and I will tell you this much-I will not give up on this little boys life and I will get to the bottom of this bias I witnessed myself! I was in a divorce case with Kathleen Kennedy.  She lacks the mental competency to be a judge.  You should file a complaint versus her to the judicial inquiry board.

If this is Judge Kathleen Kennedy from Cook County Court, you're right. She's a complete moron, an incompetent fool who just ignored the entire report of a GAL She appointed relative to removal of our grandchildren and granted removal by our ex (psychotic) daugter in law and her new met online six months ago husband (and dated four times before they married) to Texas. This in spite of the fact that not one relative on either side of the family lives there. Kennedy is a cowardly prejudice b***h who was a single mother herself and pays no attention to the law. She should be thrown off the bench.

Judge Kathleen G Kenndy has taken the place of Karen G Shields who was chased off the bench  (Nov 08)  Shields was a drunk and a terrible woman she allowed children to get raped sodomized and kidnapped and never cared as long as she and her lawyer friends were able to take vacations in Arizona at her home, which is not on the plot plan, and was given to her from people who bought her off, this is what happens in Chicago ~whenever you have a bad judge such as her or anyone like her ~ you write the judicial inquiry board or call them  1 800 252 1625 read the forms and fill them out correctly or they will throw them away ~also call the ardc and write them ~ there are alot of people getting together to do a class action suit against the domestic relations department of chicago I will come back to this site and inform everyone when we have a email that will be for that. I have Judge Kennedy and she a idiot. She does what she is told to do, she does not have a mind of her own. As prior letter said she took Shields spot but shes dumb as a box of rocks, burks using her to do the dirty work and soon she will be off the bench also. She took a run for the appellate but lost. DO NOT VOTE FOR HER IF SHE RUNS AGAIN  The boys are pumping her up but shes gonna take a fall,all she is is a front person.Kennedy should retire she completely forgot why she became a lawyer and now shes just another dirty judge.You would think Kennedy ~ Katz ~Murphy all these DUMB judges would relaize they are being used by the big dogs ~The big dog (BURKE and his wife) are in the backgroung  collecting money and living high ~ You would think one of them would stand up for themselves and woman and be a GOOD JUDGE ~ not a piece of sh-- and sell their soul for a chair ~How sad they forgot.AS the prior letter says we can make a difference and get rid of these people if we stand together.

Kennedy has allowed my ex not to pay child support  -over$100,000, took my retirement, took my deffered compensation and used it as everyday money, My ex doesnt have to follow any orders-   In fact he doesnt even have to come to court- the b***h makes me ask perimission to file a motion to ask permission to file ----  What is that about?---------She took my DUE PROCESS and doesnt care----up to now he hasn't followed one order, not 1, Now the stupid b***h wants to have him stop pitching in for our children to go to school, WTF Can you get any more bias then that? The only thing I can even think of to say is "are you kidding me?"  She has absolutely no care or courtesy for people or what happens to peoples lives while she sits in her little mansion or goes on her little vacations or what ever the heck she does because she is obviously not doing her job.  Is she at all aware of the distress, and yes even possibly danger she poses to people who are sitting waiting to move on with their lives?  Kids can't register for school, elderly are going uncared for, lives are hanging in the balance because she doesn't feel like doing her job!  And how is she so high and mighty that even the smallest inquiry as to when she might get around to doing it can not be made?  Does anyone else have a job like that?  No.  We...the common scum on whom she is passing judgement have to live up to our commitments, have to perform on our jobs, and heaven knows we better pay the tax's that pay her salary!  And what about the tens of thousands of dollars it costs us in lawyers fee's because we are waiting for her to pick up a pen and a piece of paper.   Meanwhile homes go in to forclosure, we're barely keeping a roof over these precious childrens heads.  But don't worry Kathleen, you lawyer friends are making their profit!  Public servant my behind.   Who is fooling whom?

Judge Kennedy is a disgrace to the court system.  She has absolutely no regard to  the well being of a child.  How can she call herself a judge for family court?

Words cannot even describe how poorly she treats men in her courtroom.. She needs to open her eyes and take a look at some of the fathers who actually take care of their children.  Just because you are a female doesn't make you capable of raising a child.

Hey judge, why don't you take the blinders off!!  Believe it or not there are actually fathers out there more fit to care for their children than their mothers.   If you actually stepped into the courtroom without a biased attitude(what judges are expected to do) you might actually see this.  Give it a try for the childrens sake!

She certainly has her priorities mixed up.  I think she is unable to pick sides.  Hmmmmm, does she just pick a name out of a hat as to whose life she is going to destroy?  Why is it only one person has to follow the rules?  Why is it lives are destroyed because of her ignorance for the children?  Why is it she only minds her decisions when there is a court reporter in the room? 

Someone needs to file a complaint against her or have someone start looking at her cases.  How dare she destroy lives.  Apparently she is known for treating people unfairly, how does she continue to get away with this?

No wonder children are harmed and/or one of the parents abandon their own kids.  She makes life so miserable for the ones who actually want to be a good parent.

Maybe if her name was in the press someone would start looking into the poor decisions she is making!
