During my divorce in Muskegon County, Judge John Ruck allowed my wife to remain in the marital home and run up utility bills10x what they previously were. Electricity went from $100.00 a month to $600.00 - $1200.00 a month. Fuel oil for heating 500 gallons that would normally go thru an entire winter was now 500 gallons a month at a fill up cost of approximately $2000.00.

It didnt matter that my ex wifes family testified against her and her actions either, this fell on def ears with Judge Ruck. Judge Ruck went as far as allowing her to walk out of the courtroom during testemony (Twice), leave the county building and smoke a cigarrette. If that isnt enough - he allowed her to answer her cell phoneagain during testimony and walk out of the courtroom. The Deputy Sheriff himself that was assigned to Judge Ruck was also suprised judging from the dumbfounded look on his face.

I obtained a court order to enter the home and photograph the condition of assets. Hundreds of photos were taken showing deliberate damage to the home i.e. Holes In Wall, Broken / Missing Windows, Damaged Furniture And A Flooded Basement Caused From A Ruptured Water Tank that happened in January and the photos I took were in March. The basement flooding took out a freezer full of meat that has now sat for 3 months and no routine maintenance of the home was conducted. In court Judge Ruck actually asked my ex wife now why she didnt conduct any routine maintenance i.e. lawn or general maintenance. Her response was "It Wasnt Her Job"!!! Now What Kind Of Idiot Allows These Actions To Continue???? Lets take a jump into the future by 1 1/2 years. Now since Judge Ruck allowed her to stay in the home and continue destroying it she left that rotten food in the basement freezer and admitted to it still being there in June the following year. So now you can imagine what type of living conditions were going on in that home.

Several Corresponces were sent along with phone calls, there responce. Judge John C. Ruck "Told" them that they were not to get involved until after attorneys turned in trial briefs and Guess What? Child Protective Service "Kim Watson" Finally Made It Out To The House Only After My Ex Had Moved Out. She Never Walked Thru It To See All The Damaged Or Piles Of Animal Feces And Puddles Of Animal Urine Throughout The Entire Home. Its Pretty Sad That The Only Person That Actually Cared To Respond To Hundreds Of Letters With Photos Was A State Senator. So What About Child Abuse, Child Neglect or Child Endangerment Charges. Tim Maat From The Muskegon Prosecutors Took An Interest Back In July Of This Year. I Have Made Numorus Attempts At Contacting Him With No Success. So There You Have It Judge John C Ruck, You And Your Cronies Get Away From Enforcing The Law. But You Know What, I Still Have Joint "Legal" Custody Of My Kids And If You Take That Away "THEY STILL KNOW THAT I LOVE THEM ANYWAY - "PRICK"

Judge John C. Ruck - You Are A Criminal!!! You Are Not The "GOD" You Think You Are. One Day You Will Have To Answer For What You "Allowed" To Happen Just Because You Wanted To Break Me. A True Christian "You Are Not"!! Stop Trying To Fool The One's Who Are Because We Know Better.... 

In my divorce case it took years to even get the judge to allow me to give my side at all, and show proof of the abuse, neglect and abandonment by the mother. My ex falsely accused me of assault, I spent years trying to get a trial and was denied, threatened that I'd never see my child again if I didn't plead guilty. My child was kept from me and I lost everything. My ex then admitted lying, and all charges aganist me dismissed, yet the judge still allows her to refuse me court ordered visitation due to that false accusation.

I've filed motion after motion to try and remedy the situation and have been treated like a criminal and told by the judge I'm too obssessed with wanting to see my own child. It's been over 4 years since I've been allowed to see or speak with my child. It's been nearly 3 years since I was allowed to even know where he's at or who he's living with now. My ex was jailed on drug possession & delivery charges, and the judge again refused to give me temp. custody or even enforce my visitation order, or rights to be informed of where my child is at.

Courtrooms are all one big political arena and man, father and child be d*mn*d. They don't care- nobody cares.Look up Glenn Sacks. There are many thousands of men in our shoes.

You could not take one step in that home when I took possession of it in July 2009, without stepping on animal feces or animal urine. The home heating system duct work collapsed in the basement from the ceiling from animal feces and refuse that was dumped into it. I could go on forever at the atrocities and living conditions that were allowed to continue in my home that were allowed by Judge Ruck, but will restrain myself. Criminals like him should have to live in the environment that they forced my children to live in. All it would have taken was him allowing, just one time, the actions of Child Protective Service to Investigate. But he didnt and I want to know why????

My advice to you would be to file misconduct charges on your Judge with the State Judicial Tenour Commission. You can get the complaint form and instructions from off the web page. "Lets Just See If Our Tax Dollars Are Going To Work For Us"
