He is the Judge and has the ultimate hand in rendering justice. It is his job to oversee that the justice system is not tampered with. You are in the minority here and since you do not have any actual experience in his court room since there is only one person who comes here spouting nice kiss a-- comments about this corrupt moron, we know who you are.
 
I think the majority of the comments here represent what Judge Maney really stands for, a corrupt waste of space on the bench. Maybe you can go and buy him his next drink, but this time, offer him a ride home okay?

You are correct. He is a Judge. And a fine oen at that. If he was not a good Judge he would not have been on the bench for as long as he has. He runs his courtroom according to the rules. And he dispenses justice according to the rules. So it seems to me that you do not like the rules of the Judicial System. So that is where you should begin your battle. Not with Judge Maney. He is a professional. Always has been always will be. So you can sling all the mud you want at him. It will not affect his character as a judge or a person.

And by the way I have plenty of experience in his courtroom. I have been a defendant for the last 18 years. Everysince my child was 1 years old. So I know him as a Judge. And when I say he is a great Judge. You can take that to the bank.

And why should I offer him a ride? He has the option of having the Albany County Sherriff taking him where he wants to go, if he so chooses.

And I do not believe that my words are said to seem that I am a butt kisser. I kiss nobody's butt. I tell the truth in every situation. And so my comments about Judge Maney is the truth. If you can't stand to read them..Don't comment.

Whatever the case may be, he will be around for a long time, doing what he does best. Protecting the families of Albany County.

Can someone please post how to join the movement of getting Judge Maney removed from the bench?

I have spent over a decade in Family Court going before this man to enforce my rights as a father.  Not only has he failed me and my children, he has failed my entire family and the whole Family Court process in every way imaginable.  

I will also add that he has been enabled by the utter incompetence and outright bias displayed by one John Santacrose, my childrens' so-called "Law Guardian".

Please tell me how to join this movement !!!

How could this 'committee' have ever thought that Jd. Cathryn M. Doyle was qualified to be an acting Supreme Court Justice. She was censured and still,  they allowed her to keep a few cases. How unjust to those who had to endure her warped sense of justice.  What kind of attrn.'s is this group made up of.................................
