This judge rules on a framily law custody case and sent a 5 year old girl back to  the situation of divided however, lopsided in division, with her abusive parents.  He sat with his back to the GAL's Child Expert in Abuse Psychologist and was not listing at times but appeared to be disinterested in what anyone for the intervenor and the child had to say.  He let the plaintiff's attorney conduct a dog and pony show with dragging in all sorts of witnesses that had no creditablity.  I went thru the CPS and Pilice reports and here are the findings.  Before I was granted temporary custody of my grandchild, there were 12 professionals on the spread sheet that I did right from the reports, that had been told bits and pieces of imformation about the abuse.  This didn't include anyone from my side.  Then after I got custody of the child, there was another 12 persons that this child told of the abuse in bits and pieces.  And after this judge made his terrible dicision to send this child back to her abusice mother and her family, she told another 6 persons.  That is a total of 30 people that this child told.  How many persons does this child have to tell to be safe and not abused?  This mother's attorney said in court at the end, that "even if the mother had abused the child, she is NOT dead yet!"  I believe that someone including this judge should have asked that this attorney have sanctions placed against him.  His client just lied.  And the fater lied.  I was the intervenor trying to protect this child!  This mother has choked this child repeatedly.  She stabbed her with a knife.  She threw a knife at the child's heel and hit it and took a chunk out.  Before the marriage ended, I got on my knees and begged my son to protect the child.  I didn't know then that he didn't want children and they had been to a clinic to get the abortion pill but the very next monthn the wife/plaintill turned up pregnant again.  So this time she had the child.  And this child has been abused every since she was 5 months old.  The father doesn't want the child.  He wants to saddle the mother with the child so she will further abuse the child he hates.  And he is hoping she will kill the child so the immigrant mother will either flee or go to jail and he won't have to pay child support anymore.  Oh, and I should not forget that he has an insurance policy on the child also.   And he purjured himself in court many times.  My medical file that was introduced has an entry dated 2/25/03 that shows I was in to see Doctor that testified in court about the abuse.  I told everyone and they all have done nothing but send the child back to her sick situation.  There is so much more to this case.  The judge folded and let the plaintill act up and get by with acting like she didn't understand anything and was poor.  But I have seen this woman in action in the doctor's office also acting like she didn't understand and needed a buffer for communications so she didn't have to answer "HARD" questions about why she dropped the child down a concrete stairwell on her head and sought delayed medical treatement a week later.  And the family doctor didn't help because he also was going through a divorce in Sarpy county at the exact same time as this case was going on.  And his wife, also a doctor and him had lost their two girls into Sarpy Co. foster care, and he was written up on an application for a protection order for assaulting his wife and giving his two daughters; the same STD he had and also for being in Immanual rehab for over 8 years and failing miserably for RX stealing, abuse and writing  out fake RXs and getting them filled all over town for his drug of choice.  So naturally he was an abuser who didn't want to help me with my granddaughter's abusive situation because the last thing he wanted to do was talk to CPS, he already hated them! And as a kicker, the mother had been told about this physician being this way and she still take the child to him for delayed medical treatment when she does stuff to her and its time for the child to go to the other parent.  This mother is written up in the Salvation Army's Visitation Station because this brave child told the supervisor of visitaiton she didn't want her mother tickling her and didn't want to see the mother this one time, and called it to and end and went outside and told that Salvation Army supervisor that her mother made her eat yellow play dough and when she vomited it up the mother got a spoon and made her eat her vomit.  And they SA then recommended that this mother was alright!  How sick all these professional people are.  The court reporter said she felt sorry for the mother.  Yeah will feel sorry for the child, she has been burn, hung in a sack and lived in the trunk of the car, tied up or in a laundry room, sold for sex, made to sleep with an uncle, and stood in hot water to make her tell the mother and her family what when on at the other parents home. I am just sick.  It is my opinion that this judge should read this and be removed from the bench.  He changed how my attorney could respond in the final trial.  And we had all be informed by my first attorney that in February 2004 the judge was goong to send the child back to her mother.  What in God's name would he do that.  He decided before the trial what he was going to do!  The plaintiff's attorney has made an idiot out of this judge by what he has gotten by with.  I can prove the father lied about the abuse. And he perjured himself with the furnishings also., they are in a storage locker in millard.  And the mother's brother told a neighbor he was her husband.  Does this sound like a green card marriage here! YES!  And there was evidence that the CPS report said the trunk fell on the child's forehead.  In the doctor's report the mother told the doctor the child fell off the trunk.  There is a BIG difference in up and down.  GOD CPS should also hang on this one.  And how can a child wind up with a 4 inch reverse question mark cut on her right side about 2 inches in from the side and about navel height from "falling off a bed?"  First off, this child was supposed to be sleeping in the bed with the mother and their maternal grandmother, and I presume like everyone else here, that the child would get the middle of the bed.  So how does the child fall off the bed and get a cut like this from it and not cry or wake up the mother (notice the mother is disavowing any knowledge of the entire cut here) until the mother noticed it the following morning.  Of the two brothers, one slept on the couch and the other had his own bed in the other bedroom. And so in a two bedroom apartment with no other things to sleep on, where does anyone in their right mind thing this child slept.  She slept in the brother's closet on top of his nasty dirty clothes and on top of his shoes.  Nice and the child said she was cut because she pulled all of the uncle's clothes off the hangers in the closet and when her mother found out the child jumped on the bed to get away from the mother with the knife and the mother stabbed the child in the stomach.  It is my opinion that these two parents along with the GAL, the judge and the plaintiff's attorney at the ones that should all be punished here.  And CPS.  But instead, this judge made up his mind to let this mother and father do this to this child instead of seeing what was going on here.  Oh, and did I mention that the father was being blackmailed by the mother because he is a thief and the mother knew of the  fraudulent police report he files?  The mother also admitted to me that her father was in the secret police in Nepal where they are from.  And the whole family is going credit card and bank applications with inflated and fraudulent information on their bank and credit card applications.  And they mother's family has obtained jobs in the credit card fraud unit of First Data!  I kid you not!  One just ran up her credit cards and immediately filed bankruptcy on them!  And I found NO credit counseling certificate in her Chapter 7 filings.  And they brothers are both still her illegally after their school visas are up.  And CPS said they did a "Collateral" investigation but the names I gave the CPS worker to talk to were left blank.  The only person the CPS worker talked to was me and the mother and her family.  She didn't even call the father from what I read or visit him.  I hope the newspapers pick this up and I hope the judge is asked about this case.  And I want to know why my grandchild lives in danger and without the person she was testified as "bonded with" which is me!?  This judge will know who I am and I hope he want to have lunch sometime soon!  I have written to everyone I can think of and I will not stop until this child is saved.  And I am not the only person that knows this judge made up his mind about this case way before the trial.  Everyone had a roundtable meeting about this very thing way before trial and because my first attorney told all of use about this decision way before the trial was held.  Shame on this judge.  He should have known better.  And I thought he was good until I heard and saw all this with my very own eyes.  Doesn't he read the evidence that the plaintiff's attorney snuck in on him and that the judge was so eager to approve of.  READ the PAPERS! You have been had by the plaintiff's attorney.  Forgive any errors in grammer and spelling.  I get so upset with this all because of the safety of the child I can hardly see straight anymore.    Read YOU evidence files judge.  You will see that I am right.  Call me, I would be more than happy to supply you with a copy of the spreadsheet showing the lousy job that police and CPS and now YOU have done!

Didn't  you every wonder Judge why I became involved in this case?  Look at the evidence that the plaintiff's attorney showered and snowed you with.  Its all in there and call me for the other info contained herein.  These two parents have put this child in unsafe situations repeatedly.  And YOU have let and helped them do it!  This is a bit of information you might relate too.  You are a jogger.  I have seen you come and go when I was there at noon times.  And so I know you can relate to this.  In the PI file, the PI says, "I heard the child run for over 2 hours since she has been returned home to her mother's apartment (he was planted in the apartment below, so he knows) and there were heavier footsteps after her.  She finally ends up being taken into the uncle's bedroom" and he stated to me "I presume placed into the closet she said she is imprisoned in." 

 I KNOW YOU BEING A JOGGER CAN UNDERSTAND HOW TIRED AND AFRAID THIS CHILD MUST HAVE BEEN TO RUN FOR TWO HOURS BECAUSE THEY WOULD CATCH HER AND STRIP HER CLOTHES OFF HER AND EITHER STAND HER IN HOT WATER, SACK HER AND HANG HER ON A DOOR, PLACE HER IN THE CLOSET AGAIN, IN A BLACK GARBAGE BAG OR WORST YET, OTHER THINGS.  I HAVE WATCHED YOU COME BACK AFTER ABOUT 1/2 HOUR AND YOU LOOK VERY DRAINED FROM YOUR JOG.  Everyone HAS failed this child.  The GAL, YOU, the court, the CPS, the OPD, the family doctor had his own agenda to grind and not help this child (I think he thought he was getting even with CPS for taking his two daughter and placing them into foster care for 2 some years - this is in the nebraska online court papers), her parents and lastly me.  I have not been able to save this child.  PLEASE HELP ME SAVE THIS CHILD!  I AM BEGGING YOU TO RIGHT YOUR WRONG FOR THE CHILD'S SAKE!

It's like Child Abuse is America's Dirty Little Secret, makes me so sick.

But your empathy is very much appreciated.      I feel so bad for my grandchild.

Seems like everything I do, gets nowhere.  And then she is abused again.

Nobody cares it seems but I can't give up.

I have written so much on this case and have received very few replies regardless of where I posted or whom I had written to.

You need to review the entire case, not just the newest information.  It is painfully obvious to me that this child is being abused by her parents; her mother who abuses her because such is allowed in her home nation and by her father who seemingly could care less about what happens to the child so long as he doesn't have to pay child support. 

If you doubt the cruelty that is being perpetrated upon this child you have only to look at the case of Caley Casey in Florida and Sandra Kantu in Tracy, California.  Children are put into bags, suitcases, taped up with duct tape and tortured in ways most of us would find unspeakable and unbelievable.  It does happen and you are remiss in your assessment of this case for decision purposed not to take a better look into the background of the mother and father.  That certainly seems to have beendone in the case of the person seeking custody on a genuine basis which you seem to ignore because the person is somewhat disabled due to age.  Since when are the disabled not allowed to have custody.  We allow custody to be taken by gay couples where it is found they are caring candidates.  Why not the disabled, Your Honor?  You should be looking at character, capacity and caring not motherhood as a means of measuring what is best for the child.

Children are not chattels but have been treated a such for years.  One has only to check the daily birth notices to see that many young women (girls) have children to gain 'independence' at the expense of the welare of the children to whom they give birth.  These girls do it to gain control over some unwitting or witting male whose life they want to control or with whom they want to get even.  They go on welfare and we now have third and fourth generation welfare recipients who know no other way of life.  These people are breeding grounds for drugs and gangs.  You wonder why we have problems; take a look around. 

This particular child is now old enough to talk to a disinterested third party (none that she has seen thus far) after she has been away from the custodial parent for sufficient time to not feel intimidated by constant threats.   Give her a chance to decide with whom she want to spend the next 8 years of her life which are so very critical to her future as an adult. 

With all due respect, I feel you should recuse yourself.  This case belongs with someone who can be objective about this child's future....she only has one.  If you refuse to withdraw then I feel that the Attorney General should look into the case.  You cannot and should not sentence this child to the hopeless, torturous oblivion to have given her over to in the recent past.  I hope you post your answer here.  Thank you for your time and attention.
